Ubuntu Read-out-loud your documents for you

I found two applications which we can use to read our document out loud for us. If you are bored with reading all day give some times to these applications to read the document out loud for you.
1) Adobe acrobat reader
Installation:
include following entry in /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://packages.medibuntu.org/ intrepid free non-free
Then execute:
apt-get update
apt-get install acroread acroread-plugin-speech
using:
Open a pdf file with acroread and go to menu View>Read Out Loud >Activate Read Out Loud
then again go to menu View>Read Out Loud >Read This Page Only or the other opttions

2)Firefox
With these plugins firefox will read the web page out loud for you
i) fire vox
ii)clickspeak
