Fixing sudo error: sudo: must be setuid root

The error was

sudo: must be setuid root

to fix that problem
log in to a virtual terminal as root
and type

chmod 4111 /usr/bin/sudo

    chmod: changing permissions of `/usr/bin/sudo': Operation not permitted
    why how to remove it
